Financial Report Cover styled.png

Feedback gathered throughout our work has highlighted how the supply of affordable housing projects has often been negatively impacted by the current public hearing process. To better understand this challenge, RPHI partnered with City Squared Consulting to deep dive into the direct and indirect costs of the public hearing process, especially for affordable housing projects.

This financial analysis report details our research quantifying the economic, social and environmental costs of the current public participation system and offers recommendations for policies and practices that can improve the quality of public engagement while increasing the housing supply.
